Primary axis: Pilbara / Port Hedland

• Leverage existing deep-water port capacity and heavy-industry infrastructure already operating at scale.
• Enable Starship-class recovery operations off Australian coasts with practical towing and refurbishment pathways into Pilbara ports.
• Develop large-scale energy storage and power systems to support recovery, manufacturing, and potential propellant logistics.
• Expand dual-use tracking, re-entry monitoring, and splashdown coordination capability already present in the region.

The industrial substrate exists. The question is deliberate orientation toward multiplanetary support.

2. High-Latency Intelligence Layer — CrystalCore

CrystalCore is a local-first, consent-native Edge AGI designed for high latency, intermittent connectivity, and isolation:

• Core function does not require continuous external links
• Fail-safe state is local isolation
• Continuity of decision-making and memory is a hard constraint

This is the intelligence counterpart to geographic redundancy.
