What real ambition looks like

They sent the Agency a Statement of Expectations. Cadence, modernisation, debris. Regulator hygiene. It is not ambition. Ambition is a continent that can send, catch, refuel, think locally, and still know whose Country the concrete sits on.

Six sentences

  1. Catch what you throw. Returns are recovery, refurb, fuel — a job, not a re-entry plan.
  2. Think here. Fail-closed, labelled, memory off the model. Iowa is postage.
  3. The dark is still Country. Night lights are electricity, not emptiness.
  4. The south is not a gap you praise as geography and then ignore.
  5. Cadence without a no is just speed. Time-to-yes and time-to-no.
  6. First Peoples in the body of the instrument, not the website footer.
